📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🇺🇸 Shipping Within the United States

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Estimated delivery time after processing:

  • 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • A flat $10 international shipping fee will be added at checkout for orders shipped outside the United States

  • International delivery times may vary and often take longer than domestic shipments due to customs processing and carrier transit times

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are not collected by Lona You LLC.

📬 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

❗ Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Lona You LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
