Refunds & Returns Policy

At Lona You LLC, we design thoughtfully and intentionally. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.

 


 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of defective or damaged items upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused during use

 


 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

 


 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items damaged after delivery.

  • Items showing signs of alteration or modification.

 


 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 


 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

 


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lona You LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim where possible.

 


 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will resolve the issue in accordance with this policy.
